There are many foods and drinks that should be eliminated. The reason why these foods and drinks should be eliminated is because they cannot fill you up, and they carry a high amount of calories. Most of these foods and drinks don’t actually provide your body with quality nutrients and can cause your body harm!
You may have heard this many times before, that carbohydrates are the body’s fuel. However many carbohydrates contain a lot of sugar, and I am not just talking about cakes and sweets. When we digest our foods the liver breaks up all the foods and stores all the sugar also know as glucose. The body can only store a certain amount of glucose before it transfers it to our ass, thighs, belly, and hips etc, making us fat.
The list below are obvious foods and drinks to stay away from, when on diets to lose weight or even for a health lifestyle. However after learning a little more, I found out that many juices and breads are a very bad source of carbohydrates when trying to lose weight. Alcoholic drinks (including wine, the goodness in wine is found in grapes, so eat grapes)

Try and cut down on processed foods. (eat more whole foods)

The only real side effect to this diet is cravings! Most people sometimes get sugar cravings in this diet, so it is important to find sugar substitutes. Sugars are found in fruits: nice juice apples and pears, sweet pineapple, oranges and many more.
